The client is a 65-year-old woman who needs support in her daily life. The work involves, among other things, assistance with:

• Mobility and transfers
• Meals
• Dressing and undressing
• Household chores
• Activities and social support
• Assistance with communication via a letter board

She enjoys walks, being outdoors, spending time with family, and visiting shops. Three times a week, she participates in day activities together with her assistant.

Who we are looking for

• To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be:
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Experienced in care and support services
• Confident working with individuals who may sometimes exhibit challenging behavior
• Accustomed to working in a low-affective manner and maintaining calm
• Attentive, respectful, and stable in your approach
• The client prefers female applicants.

About the position

62% 24-hour shifts on a rotating schedule covering both weekdays and weekends. Start date August 1st, with the possibility of starting earlier in a supporting role.

Additional hours are also available during the summer.
