RESPONSIBILITIES

The work involves providing support, service, and care to the user based on an individually designed implementation plan. We work according to the Support and Service Act (LSS).

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a young girl in central Oskarshamn. On weekdays, the girl is at school during the day, where you, as an assistant, accompany her. The remaining time is at home, and she needs help with everything in daily life, such as mobility, care, and communication, etc.

We believe that you, as an applicant, are a child-loving person and feel confident working with children with complex medical needs. The work places high demands on responsibility, flexibility, and sensitivity. You have a good ability to see the big picture and the individual's conditions and needs. You are kind-hearted, calm, structured, and have good collaboration skills. Personal chemistry is key. The girl lives with her parents and family, splitting time between homes, and you need to have close cooperation with them and follow routines in the different homes.

We would appreciate it if you, as an applicant, have previous experience working with children or within personal assistance. Experience with epilepsy is an advantage. It is a requirement to be a non-smoker and have good language skills in Swedish. The girl requests only female applicants.

The position with the girl is 65%, and the remaining time up to 100% is combined with 12 other assistant cases. Working hours are day and evening. Unsociable hours and weekend work are included in the position.
