The Municipal Executive Board's administrative unit for business and competence is now seeking a supervisor within Återbruket.

Your Responsibilities

Within Återbruket, we work with supervising practical activities for both young people and adults. We are also responsible for receiving and sorting recycling materials from the Målserum recycling station. Återbruket involves a variety of tasks and activities such as retail sales, transportation, minor construction projects, sorting of recycled materials, material repairs, and more. This requires practical skills while social competence is highly valued.

Your Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who have post-secondary education in the social sector and a strong commitment to supporting both young people and adults in their transition to the labor market or further education. You must also hold a Category B driver's license and have experience driving both with and without a trailer.

Previous experience in similar tasks or construction/workshop experience is considered an advantage.

You are good at making new contacts, and we place high demands on sensitivity, empathy, and teamwork. You are naturally organized, self-motivated, and a role model.
