Are you my next assistant?

I am looking for a female assistant, approximately 30–50 years old. I want someone forward-thinking, resourceful, and self-reliant. Previous experience in similar roles is preferred, but not required, as personal chemistry is the most important factor! A valid B-driver's license is mandatory as I have my own car which my assistants drive.

I am a man in my late middle age who has been paralyzed from the chest down since a diving accident in 1988. I need help with most daily tasks, such as hygiene, dressing, cleaning, and accompanying me to activities, etc. I live in my own villa in Berga (Högsby Municipality), which serves as the base for the role.

I take each day as it comes and try to plan various activities with my assistants. I own a boat and enjoy fishing. I am also interested in motors and enjoy tinkering with them. Additionally, I am sports-minded, with interests in hockey, speedway, skiing, etc.

Working with me involves collaborating closely from morning until evening. The working hours are flexible but typically range from 09:00 to 23:30, covering both weekdays and weekends.

The position is 73% (116 hours distributed over 8 days per month) and runs from August 1, 2026, on an ongoing basis. There is a 6-month probation period. You will be employed directly by me, not through an assistance agency or the municipality.
