We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a schedule for one of our clients in Kalmar. You work actively according to clear, established routines both in the client's home and during activities. High work ethic and a sense of responsibility are essential in this role.

We prefer that you have experience working in healthcare and social care, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. The client/legal representative chooses their assistants themselves, and personality is of great importance.

Security between you and the client, as well as in your tasks, is ensured through introductory shifts.

The client is a 38-year-old woman living in her own apartment in Kalmar. She needs your help with everything related to daily life. In addition to household routines, she would like you to accompany her on walks, participate in activities, visit acquaintances, or have coffee in town. When working with her, she needs your full focus, and you often work together with a colleague.

To work well with our client, you need to have qualities such as being attentive, patient, cooperative, and having a consistent mindset.

Working hours: day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.

Language requirements: fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.
