We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time with one of our child clients in Kalmar.

About the client

A happy and curious ten-year-old boy living in Kalmar. He has epilepsy (EP), ADHD, and autism, along with some outwardly challenging behavior. Therefore, it is important that you are experienced in working in a low-affective and pedagogical manner.

The boy is active and enjoys nature, walks, and swimming. He needs help and support to develop in his daily life.

About you

We are looking for an engaged, secure, and responsive assistant who wants to create a safe and stimulating daily life together with the client. You are responsible, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating with both the client and the rest of the team. Experience working with children and/or autism is an advantage.

• You are calm, patient, and respectful.
• You can communicate clearly and build trusting relationships.
• You work in a low-affective and pedagogical way.
• A driver's license and access to a car are required.

About the employment

The employment is extra as needed, with the possibility of a smaller scheduled rotation. Shifts are scheduled for afternoons Monday–Friday and weekends, as agreed. Immediate start.
