The client is a woman in her 60s who needs support in her daily life. The work involves, among other things, assistance with:

• Mobility and transfers
• Meals
• Dressing and undressing
• Household chores
• Activities and social support
• Assistance with communication via a letter board

She enjoys walks, being outdoors, spending time with her family, and shopping. Three times a week, she participates in day activities together with her assistant.

Who we are looking for

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be:

• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Experienced in care and support services
• Confident working with individuals who may occasionally exhibit challenging behavior
• Accustomed to working in a low-arousal manner and maintaining calm
• Attentive, respectful, and stable in your approach

The client prefers female applicants.

About the position

62% position with 24-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, covering both weekdays and weekends. Start date: August 1st, with the possibility of starting earlier. Additional hours are also available during the summer.
