We are now looking for you who are a childcare worker (barnskötare) for the Solkullen preschool.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of a work team that collaboratively works based on current guidelines and directives for the preschool. As a childcare worker, you have unique opportunities to influence children's development and learning. You contribute to creating a positive and developmental environment for each child and the entire group by collaborating with the team according to curriculum goals. In your role, it is important to build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You participate in the planning and evaluation of the pedagogical work.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a childcare worker. If you have previous experience in pedagogical work, we consider this a merit.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good collaboration skills, be receptive, and easily put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness. It is important in the role that you have pedagogical ability and understand how children absorb knowledge. It is also important that you can take initiative and start activities in the operations.
