About the Role

We are looking for a woman with a desire to make a difference in another person's life. Experience in personal assistance or healthcare is preferred.

As an assistant, your important role is to support and act as the customer's extended arm by providing the necessary help and support. The customer's interests include quiet activities such as household chores, reading newspapers, and gardening.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for an assistant who meets the following criteria:

• You should be a woman with personal maturity and the ability to be empathetic.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Responsibility and openness to learning new things and adapting to the customer's needs and routines are also important qualities.
• Humility and the ability to be the customer's extended arm are of great significance.
• You should show respect for working in someone else's home and be adaptable.
• An interest in helping the customer is more important than previous experience, along with the ability to see the big picture.
• You are motivating yet able to maintain a balance so as not to be too intrusive.
• You are a non-smoker, preferably tobacco-free.

About the Position

The position involves hourly employment based on needs. We are recruiting continuously, and onboarding can take place immediately.
