We are looking for engaged and positive substitutes for the summer for our customers on Öland. Our customers want assistants who are proud of their profession, present in the moment, and who want to be part of our teams.

We would like you to start as a substitute now, with the possibility of continuing work even after the summer.

About the role

As a personal assistant, your workplace is where the customer is located. The tasks vary depending on the customer's needs and can range from daily chores and personal care to accompanying them on excursions, trips, and various activities. Together, we create opportunities for our customers to live the life they desire.

Working hours vary and can include day shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends. For several of our customers, there is an opportunity to start as an hourly substitute now and preferably continue year-round.

Working as a personal assistant means making a real difference in another person's life. It is significant.

We are looking for someone who is

• Reliable and responsible
• Attentive
• Flexible

Meritorious

Education and/or experience within healthcare and social care.

Driver's license and access to a car.

We conduct background checks on all candidates who proceed in the recruitment process.

You must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.
