We are now looking for a personal assistant for a position in Kalmar. As a personal assistant, you provide support in daily life based on individual needs and routines.

The work is performed where the assignment is located. This means the workplace can be at school, at home, or at another location where support is needed. Working hours are scheduled during school hours as well as during school absences, for example, due to illness.

Duties may include personal care, practical support, supervision, tube feeding, and support in various daily situations. The role also involves supporting communication through various methods, such as picture aids, sign language, or other individually adapted forms of communication.

You need to be meticulous, responsible, and attentive, as well as able to follow routines and adapt your working methods to current needs.

We are looking for someone who is confident in care situations and willing to work with tube feeding and various communication methods. You must have a respectful attitude, be able to collaborate with others, and follow given instructions.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday 07:00–14:30.

The position does not include break pay or compensation for leave on public holidays. This means that working hours are scheduled according to the timetable even when a public holiday falls on a weekday.
