About the client:

For this assignment, we are looking for a personal assistant for an elderly man who lives with his wife between Borgholm and Färjestaden.

Job Description:

We are looking for you who are responsible, flexible, and attentive. The work involves assisting with all daily routines, such as personal hygiene, tube feeding, exercise, and transfers. Household chores are also included.

Since the client is non-verbal, you must be skilled at reading signals and body language.

Your Background:

We prefer that you have previous experience working as a personal assistant, or other experience within healthcare and social care, or that you are currently studying in this field. You enjoy working with people and have an empathetic nature. You are motivated to work towards the client's progress. You are used to working alone, which makes it important to be able to take initiative and have a bit of imagination. You need to be self-assured, have inner calm, and great patience to be able to interpret and understand the client's signs and signals.

About the Employment:

Hourly employment as needed. Shifts include longer day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts.

There is a dog in the home. A valid driver's license is required. We conduct background checks.
