Here you will find one of the region's best business climates, and we are proud to be ranked as one of the country's best municipalities regarding public and business perceptions of municipal service and case processing.
Mönsterås Municipality is the municipality's largest workplace with approximately 1,300 permanent employees. We are a secure employer and a smaller municipality. It is important to us to be an attractive employer, and we offer several different employee benefits, including a high wellness allowance, and strive for every employee to have a good balance between work and leisure.
About the Position
The enhanced residential support is part of the municipality's HPL (Home-based Solution) targeting clients with substance abuse issues. HPL aims to work more actively on a home basis to prevent, avoid, and shorten placements.
This differs from traditional residential support which falls under social psychiatry, but there is close cooperation. We share premises and some tasks are mobile/ambulatory.
The target group you meet consists of individuals with substance abuse and dependency problems. Psychiatric and neuropsychiatric disabilities are also present. You work with adult individuals in their private homes.
