About the Schools

Fårboskolan is a small school consisting of grades 3-6 with an associated after-school center. Currently, there are 78 students at the school located in the Fårbo community. The school is situated next to forest and nature. Figeholmskolan is a small school consisting of pre-school class and grades 1-2 with an associated after-school center. Currently, there are 54 students at the school located in the Figeholm community. The school is situated next to forest and nature.

We educate curious and inquisitive students and encourage them to constantly learn new things! We work in a goal-oriented manner and with great respect for each other's similarities and differences. We constantly develop our teaching to maintain high quality, not least with the help of digital technology. Responsibilities

Your task with us is to lay the foundation for a Good Life for the students you meet and teach. This means that you prepare, plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching in a professional manner based on regulatory documents, evidence-based knowledge, and current research. You are part of a work team with other educators. Together with the work team, you are responsible for the teaching at the after-school center. During school hours, you work with school collaboration or act as a resource in classes. During school hours, there are also scheduled planning times, both for your own planning and planning together with colleagues. You are active in development work and work and document in the activity systems that are available.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teacher's license for after-school centers. It is important to us that you can build good relationships, are receptive, and meet each student based on the student's prerequisites. You are a social team player, a secure person, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude. You are a good organizer and lead the work towards the organization's goals.
