Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a work team together with wonderful, competent colleagues, and as a team, you will work to promote the students' development towards the goals. This means that you prepare, plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching in a professional manner based on steering documents, evidence-based knowledge, and current research.

As a teacher with us:

• you have pedagogical responsibility – you create conditions for student learning
• you work in a knowledge-transmitting manner with a focus on set goals
• you are responsible for contact with the students' guardians
• you are active in the implementation of our development projects
• you participate in our workplace meetings and in the work team's joint work

You can express yourself well in speech and writing and are a proficient IT user with experience using various digital tools.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher in after-school pedagogy/after-school center. Qualification to teach in other subjects grades 1-3 is meritorious. You can express yourself well in speech and writing and are a proficient IT user with experience using various digital tools. We want you who apply to be interested in working with school development and have engagement and creativity to drive collegial school development work.

As a person, you are driven by opportunities that lead to improvements – both regarding the student, the work team, and the operations in general. You have the ability to adapt to changed requirements and conditions. Good cohesion and an open working climate are things you appreciate and value. Cooperation is a matter of course for you.
