Description

Källby Gård is the school "in the middle of the village" which, together with the leisure center, is responsible for students from preschool class to year 6. The school focuses heavily on forward momentum and developing learning based on current research in collaboration with others. Collegial learning is an important part of this work. To create a safe learning environment and good conditions for all students to succeed in school, we put a lot of effort into building good relationships.

At Källby Gård, approximately 40 employees work together with our students, where good relationships, high expectations, and good communication are key concepts. At Källby Gård, the work team is a key success factor. Together with them, you plan, follow up, and evaluate your work. The school has a well-functioning student health team consisting of a school counselor, school nurse, special educator, special teacher, psychologist, and principal.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged and flexible employee who wants to be an important part of our operations. In this role, you will work where the need is greatest and contribute to continuity, security, and good teaching for our students.

You will support the operations during the absence of regular staff and work in both the school and the leisure center based on the needs of the operations. The assignment involves taking responsibility for teaching, supporting students in their development, and contributing to a safe and stimulating learning environment.

The assignment includes among other things:

• teaching and leading student groups in different grades
• supporting students in their academic and social development
• contributing to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• collaborating with colleagues, student health services, and guardians
• working at the leisure center when needed
• adapting the work based on the current needs of the operations

The position suits you if you appreciate variety, have a broad pedagogical interest, and enjoy meeting different student groups.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher or have other pedagogical education that the employer deems relevant. Experience working in primary school is an advantage.

Conditions

The position is a fixed-term employment with 100% engagement as a holiday replacement. Start date is 2026-08-18 or by agreement, and the position extends until 2026-12-18. Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period.
