Do you want to work broadly with quality and environment in a role with significant responsibility and freedom? We are now looking for an independent and engaged Quality Manager who wants to develop and ensure quality work across several companies within our operations. Here, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to delivering high quality to our customers.
About the role
As the Quality Manager, you have overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and following up on our quality and environmental work. The role involves working with multiple companies in parallel, where you act as both a driving force and a support within the organization. You work independently and play a key role in creating structure, clarity, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Working with and further developing management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Coordinating quality and environmental work across several companies
- Participating in self-inspections, deviation management, and follow-ups
- Contributing to the creation and updating of routines and processes
- Ensuring that operations comply with current laws and regulations
- Planning and conducting internal audits
- Acting as the contact person for external auditors and certification bodies
An important part of the role is to support the operations in quality and environmental matters and to contribute to a greater understanding of quality work. You drive improvement initiatives and ensure that measures are implemented and followed up in a structured manner.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is early in their career and thrives in a role where you work independently and take significant personal responsibility. You have experience in quality work and are familiar with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage.
We believe you:
- Have relevant education in quality, engineering, or similar
- Have a good understanding of process work and improvement methodology
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and proactive. You are good at driving issues forward and thrive in a varied role where you collaborate with several different operations simultaneously.

Other details
The position is a full-time role (100%) with a start date to be agreed upon.
