About the Role

As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspirer, and a spreader of energy. Your task is to convey fitness joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW feeling that makes them long to return.

You should feel confident taking up space, sharing yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We offer you:

• Training in the Reformer Pilates concept – we cover the cost!
• A regular class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
• A workplace filled with engagement, development, and fitness joy

We are looking for someone who can:

• Lead 1–2 regular classes per week
• Be available morning, day, evening, or weekend (depending on need)

Who are you?

You do not need to be a trained instructor previously – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group fitness and exercise in general
• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
• Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
• Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us
