About the Role

We are looking for an administrator/coordinator who wants to be a key part of our operations. The role is broad and varied, covering everything from practical office matters to international customer and supplier contacts.

Examples of responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
• Managing contact with cleaning companies, property owners, and other suppliers
• Responsible for alarms, routines, and administrative functions working as intended
• Customer and supplier contacts, both nationally and internationally
• Supporting management and other employees with administrative matters
• Planning and coordinating travel, trade fairs, and other activities
• Order, document, and information management

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

Other Information

The position is during daytime hours. Travel in connection with trade fairs and other activities may occur.
