Description

Are you a dedicated nursing assistant who is passionate about caring for others who need support and assistance in their daily lives? If so, we have a meaningful and varied position to offer you at Brastad Home Care.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant, your work consists of helping people manage their daily lives based on assessed care needs. This means that as an employee, you should preserve and develop the individual's own resources. You will perform certain health and medical care tasks after delegation from the municipal primary care.

You will be offered stimulating, developmental, and varied work that adds meaning for you as an employee and for our users who need our resources.

Qualifications

You are expected to have studied the nursing program, completed a nursing assistant education, or have other education that the employer considers equivalent.

You should convey calm and security and be able to treat people in different situations in a professional manner. You need to be flexible, able to prioritize, and make independent decisions. You should be sensitive to the needs of our users and have a good attitude towards them. You should be able to work both individually and in a team.

Meritorious is if you have experience from care and nursing work and knowledge of the systems Combine and TES.

Conditions

• Scheduled working hours: day/evening/weekend shifts.
• A valid B-class driver's license is required.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
• Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
• The position will be filled based on necessary decisions being made.
