Are you a nurse ready for new challenges? We are now looking for an engaged nurse for the Lillhagsparken care and residential home on Hisingen.

With us, you will have a free and varied job where you can influence and plan your working day yourself, which enables calmness in everyday life. Your tasks involve assessing, planning, and structuring care for the patient based on a person-centered approach. You will independently perform medical treatment and nursing interventions, but collaborate in interdisciplinary teams regarding the patient. You follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers, as well as supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff. You work according to a basic schedule, which means you work mainly during daytime on weekdays, with approximately six evening shifts in an eight-week period and duty every fourth weekend.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. If you have previous experience in the nursing profession, it is obviously a plus, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. Furthermore, a B-driving license is required.

The role of a nurse requires that you can independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. In order for us to provide the best possible care, you also need to have a well-developed ability to collaborate, as several people work in teams around the patients. The meeting with patients and relatives is an important part of the work; therefore, we consider it important that you are receptive, can understand the counterpart's needs, and provide good treatment.
