Nova Health Group was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental illness. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered healthcare experience. Many patients struggle to navigate a complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. About the Role
We are currently looking for psychologists to strengthen our team in Gothenburg. If you have completed PTP (Psychological Practice in Psychotherapy), you are also welcome to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct neuropsychiatric assessments for both adults and children, primarily focusing on ADHD and/or autism.
- The work takes place primarily in or near the city where you are based, but may also involve locations further away. Therefore, you should be comfortable with some travel as part of the role.
- Part of the assessments can be conducted digitally, but are primarily performed in person together with the patient.
In addition to assessments, other tasks may arise. These tasks will be developed in consultation with you, ensuring they are something you find interesting and rewarding.
Examples of Additional Responsibilities:
- Mentoring PTP psychologists or psychology interns.
- Contributing to the improvement of company processes.
- Participating in work in other parts of the business, such as marketing, recruitment, etc.
- Conducting internal training sessions.
- Developing treatment programs for patients after completed assessments.

- You have inner drive and want to perform with both quality and speed. - You are technically confident. You handle digital systems effortlessly and see technology as a natural part of a modern way of working.
- Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments is an advantage, but your attitude, ambition, and ability to create satisfied patients are what ultimately matter.
- It is a plus if you have previous experience working in service industries such as restaurants, retail, or similar.
