Salary: Monthly salary, other allowances are paid according to the collective agreement.

Job Description

As an assistant nurse at Humana Skämningsfors, you have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and carry out weekly plans, handle medication, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you divide tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as SSK (registered nurses), rehab staff, and doctors.

Examples of tasks:

• Be the contact person and be responsible for your customers' weekly plans and implementation plans.
• Follow up on your customers' weekly plans and implementation plans.
• Receive delegation of medication from SSK.
• Carry out fun activities.
• Handle documents and deviations.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as a keyword. Experience in person-centered work is meritorious, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in psychiatry.
• Experience working with people with psychotic illnesses or dementia.
• Experience in operations run by private operators.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden.
