About Us

Närhälsan Mölnlycke rehabilitation clinic is centrally located in Mölnlycke. The clinic is situated in close proximity to the health centre with which we have a close collaboration. Approximately 20 employees work at the clinic, and for us, it is important that you feel joy in work, responsibility, and a sense of community.

About the Job

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you encounter as a physiotherapist include: complaints and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill-health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits, and some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners, such as colleagues at the health centre. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist, and we would appreciate it if you had previous experience in the profession. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with children and/or women's health. It is also an advantage if you have experience working within primary care.

We are looking for someone who is responsive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the operations' goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Other Information

Travel for work purposes occurs. A category B driver's license is required.

Interviews at the clinic are held on a rolling basis.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters at the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
