RESPONSIBILITIES

As a temporary substitute, you step in when regular staff is absent. Your tasks vary depending on the area you work in, but the goal is always the same: to create a safe and functional daily life for our users.

Here is a brief overview of some of our operational areas:

• Home Care: You support individuals in their own homes with practical tasks (meals, cleaning, laundry), personal care, and medication management via delegation. Requires a B-driver's license.
• Elderly Housing (SÄBO): You work in a team at a residential facility, providing comprehensive nursing care around the clock, supporting during meals, and creating a meaningful daily life with social activities.
• LSS (Group/Service Housing): You support individuals with disabilities in their homes. The work involves motivational support, clear pedagogy, and accompanying them on leisure activities.

We offer work based on the needs of the operations. You control when you want to work by entering your availability in our system, and we match it with our open shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and succeed in the role of a temporary substitute with us, we are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people, are responsible, and have good collaboration skills. You have a professional attitude and can remain calm even when conditions change.

Requirements for the position:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to ensure safe communication and documentation.
• A B-driver's license (manual/automatic) is an absolute requirement for work in Home Care and Supported Housing.

Meritorious (we see it as a big plus if you have):

• Trained assistant nurse or ongoing studies in healthcare/care or behavioral science.
• Previous experience working in healthcare/care or support services.
• Experience working within LSS or specialist competence in neuropsychiatry (NPF).
• Knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), pictorial support, or low-affective handling (LAB).

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: 2026-07-14.
