Korpen is one of Gothenburg's larger and well-respected pharmacies. The pharmacy is easily accessible with proximity to public transport and good parking facilities in the area. It is well-visited by both customers who appreciate quick visits and by our regular customers. We have a high prescription volume combined with strong self-care sales.

We are a team of ten dedicated employees and are now looking for a pharmacist starting September 1st or as agreed. The position is a permanent employment. Working hours are within the pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:00–19:00 and Saturdays 10:00–15:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

As a pharmacist, you are responsible for customer interactions, prescription dispensing, counseling, and package handling, as well as certain quality-related tasks. You also contribute to safety and good service in every customer interaction.

As a pharmacy manager, you, together with the pharmacy manager, are responsible for:

• Coaching colleagues in maintaining a high standard in customer interactions and driving the development of customer interactions and relevant key figures in prescription sales.

• Contributing to competence development within pharmacy.

• Being responsible for the implementation of services, working methods, and follow-up.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Keep up to date with our range and campaigns to give customers the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medication.

• You are a recent graduate or have experience working in a pharmacy.

• You follow up and work towards set goals and key figures in customer interactions.

• You have a strong commitment to pharmacy, customer safety, and results.
