RESPONSIBILITIES

To meet the operational needs and continue to offer high-quality care, we are now looking for a nurse to join our team.

Your main assignment is directed towards ordinary housing, where you care for the patient in their own home. You start from the nurses' shared facilities before your daily home visits and plan your work independently based on the patients' needs.

As a nurse in municipal primary care, you have overall responsibility for nursing care and work from a clear patient and rehabilitation perspective, where each individual's resources, needs, and conditions are at the center.

Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Most shifts are during the day, and you work one weekend out of six. During evenings and weekends, you work across several operational areas, such as:

• Ordinary housing
• Specialized housing
• Short-term care unit
• LSS/Psychiatry

This provides varied, flexible, and developmental work.

A large part of the work takes place in close collaboration with other professions, such as rehabilitation and habilitation staff as well as assistant nurses, where you together create a safe and cohesive care for the patient.

You meet patients with varying care needs and support measures, which means work that is both challenging, creative, and meaningful. Here, you have the opportunity to use your full competence and contribute to developing care with the patient in focus.

Experience of municipal primary care and work in ordinary housing is meritorious.

Employment type: Permanent position.
