RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who want to work as a nurse at the Carlanderska Health Centre. You will, among other things, work at the nurse-led clinic, provide telephone advice, perform patient-oriented laboratory work and sample collection, and assist our doctors when needed. Part of the role involves specific responsibility within our elderly care clinic, where you will, among other things, be responsible for follow-up of elderly patients and care planning. We apply job rotation, which provides a varied workday and good opportunities for development.

Since September 2025, the Health Centre has moved into newly built premises on Eklandagatan together with Rehab and Child Health Services (BVC). Here, you will have the opportunity to continue developing working methods, flows, and operations together with engaged colleagues.

Carlanderska Health Centre is one of the largest health centres in the Region Västra Götaland, with approximately 18,000 registered patients. The health centre has around 40 employees and offers both personal and digital healthcare and services. Within the unit, in addition to doctors, nurses, a healthcare assistant, and medical secretaries, there is also a psychosocial team, Child Health Services, and district nurse clinics. Additionally, there are specialist nurse clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, heart/vessels, osteoporosis, and elderly care. Work is performed in the medical record system Webdoc. Carlanderska Health Centre also has coordinating responsibility for special housing.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have at least one year of experience working as a nurse at a health centre. Previous experience working in elderly care is an advantage.

In your role as a nurse, you are confident, engaged, and have an easy time building good relationships. You enjoy collaborating across professional boundaries and always put the patient first. You work independently, are structured, and have the ability to prioritize and adapt your work based on the needs of the operation.

A six-month probationary period applies upon employment.
