WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who want to work as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) at Carlanderska Primary Care Center!

Since September 2025, the Primary Care Center has moved into completely new premises on Eklandagatan, along with, among others, Rehabilitation and Child Health Services (BVC). This brings new opportunities for both staff and patients. You will be involved in the development work regarding workflows, working methods, and creating the new workplace together with your colleagues.

As a nursing assistant at the Primary Care Center, you work closely with nurses, doctors, and other professional groups to provide the best service and care to patients. You will perform typical tasks for a nursing assistant at a clinic, with a special focus on sample collection (blood tests, etc.). You are an important part of the Primary Care Center's community.

Carlanderska Primary Care Center is one of the largest primary care centers in the Region Västra Götaland, with approximately 18,000 registered patients. The center has around 40 employees and offers both personal and digital healthcare and services. Within the unit, in addition to doctors, nurses, a nursing assistant, and medical secretaries, there is also a psychosocial team, Child Health Services (BVC), and a district nurse clinic. Additionally, there are specialist nurse clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, heart/vessels, osteoporosis, and elderly care. We work in the medical record system Webdoc. Carlanderska Primary Care Center also has coordinating responsibility for special housing.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have at least one year of experience working as a nursing assistant at a primary care center.

As a person, you are secure and confident in your role, able to make independent decisions, and positive in your approach. You enjoy taking personal responsibility while having good collaboration skills. You are also good at prioritizing and planning your tasks. Furthermore, you are meticulous in your work, service-oriented, and flexible.

A six-month probationary period applies upon employment.
