Enrolled Nurse for Short-Term Care at Tuvängen in Lerum Municipality

Tuvängen Short-Term Care is located in Lerum Municipality and comprises 40 places distributed across two units, Kompassen and Lotsen. The short-term unit focuses on rehabilitation care, dementia care, and flexible exchange places.

Here, care assistants, enrolled nurses, specialist enrolled nurses, coordinators, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, registered nurses, unit coordinators, and unit managers work together to provide our guests with the best possible care and support. Job Responsibilities
As an enrolled nurse at Tuvängen, you are responsible for a professional and respectful approach towards our guests, relatives, and colleagues. You support the residents in their daily lives based on set goals in the implementation plan.
The work involves working with delegations from licensed personnel and taking on new delegations as needed. You are expected to independently maintain social documentation and create implementation plans in the business system Treserva.
You actively participate in the workplace's development work and have the opportunity to seek ombudsman roles and specialize in different areas, where continuous training is offered.
Qualifications
We place great emphasis on competence and personal suitability. For the position, education as an enrolled nurse is required. You need to be able to work under delegation from licensed personnel and have good computer skills.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
Before potential employment, an extract from the criminal record register must be presented.
We begin selection and interviews from week 34 onwards, so feedback may be delayed somewhat during the summer.
