Your Role

We can offer you stimulating and varied work in close collaboration with the nursing staff on the wards. Your main tasks include:

• Staffing in Heroma
• Ensuring economy and other matters in Cosmic
• Staffing the ward telephone
• Handling invoices in our Agresso system
• Calling patients via telephone
• Recording minutes from workplace meetings (APT) and professional meetings
• Acting as DocPlus coordinator
• Extracting statistics in SAS

The daily work involves extensive contact with patients and relatives, as well as contact with other wards. Within the Palliative Care department, you will be the hub of the network and a key resource. The operations are primarily located at Genetikvägen 4 in Uppsala, but also include activities (ASH/Palliative Clinic) in Tierp at Tierp Healthcare Centre.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a trained secretary/administrator with previous experience working as a ward secretary and experience as a staffing assistant. To succeed in the role, you need to be computer literate, and we would appreciate experience with the medical record systems Cosmic and Heroma. It is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Aside from education and knowledge, we naturally value your personality highly. Your tasks and daily contact with people require you to be service-oriented, stress-resistant, adaptable, and possess good teamwork skills. Additionally, you need to be meticulous and contribute to creating an open and solution-oriented work climate.
