We are now looking for a Team Assistant who wants to become an important part of our Stockholm office. Here you will have a central role in an international environment where collaboration, professionalism, and lack of hierarchy are in focus.
This is the role for you if you thrive on variety, like to stay one step ahead, and are motivated by providing top-level service.
About the role
As a Team Assistant, you are a key person in the organization and together with your colleagues, you support the operations in Stockholm and Copenhagen. You provide administrative support primarily to partners and directors, as well as other employees as time permits.
The role is characterized by great variety, many contact points, and you work independently while being an important part of a well-functioning team where everyone helps each other to ensure the business runs as smoothly as possible.
Your days will vary but will mainly consist of:
- Booking and coordinating travel, hotels, transport, and meetings
- Planning and coordinating internal and external events, from smaller activities to larger arrangements with up to 150 participants
- Responsibility for practical office-related issues and technical support, such as telephony, meeting equipment, and user support
- Handling expense reports and receipts
- Creating and updating presentations in PowerPoint
- Supporting the reception desk as needed
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in an assisting or coordinating role is advantageous, but most importantly, you are a person who creates structure, contributes energy, and likes to provide first-class service.
To succeed in the role, we also believe that you are unpretentious and always ready to help where needed. You have a strong service mindset and a professional approach, and you are technically curious and comfortable with digital tools. You are also a solution-oriented and flexible person who is structured and meticulous.
You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you are a proficient user of the entire Office suite.

Adelis Equity collaborates with OnePartnerGroup Stockholm in this recruitment. The position is full-time with a start date as agreed. Your workplace will be at Regeringsgatan 20. In this role, we expect you to be on-site at the office five days a week, but of course, there is room for flexibility when required.
