We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Development Manager to lead business development for our client in Stockholm.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic client relationships, building a sustainable pipeline of consulting, Time & Materials (T&M), project-based, and Managed Services engagements, and strengthening our position as a trusted ServiceNow transformation partner.
The ideal candidate combines strong business development capabilities with ServiceNow domain knowledge, executive stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of selling SaaS, consulting services, and managed services solutions to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Development
- Own and execute the ServiceNow growth strategy across the Nordic region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Drive revenue growth across consulting, implementation, T&M, project-based, and Managed Services offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and be accountable for bookings, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Build and execute account-based growth plans focused on expanding ServiceNow adoption and platform value realization.
Client Engagement & Strategic Sales
- Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Lead complex sales pursuits, RFPs, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Position ServiceNow solutions to address business transformation, workflow automation, operational excellence, employee experience, and customer experience initiatives.
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and executive forums across the Nordics.
ServiceNow Solutions & GTM Leadership
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery leaders, and ServiceNow stakeholders to develop compelling business solutions.
- Shape differentiated offerings that combine ServiceNow platform capabilities, consulting expertise, and managed services.
- Lead executive-level discussions on business outcomes, transformation roadmaps, and value realization.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with ServiceNow and strategic partners to accelerate growth across the Nordic region.
Managed Services & Delivery Alignment
- Expand the regional Managed Services portfolio by identifying opportunities for long-term operational support and platform optimization services.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful transition from sales to execution and long-term customer success.
- Provide market insights and demand forecasts to support workforce planning and capability development.
- Contribute to the development of scalable service offerings that strengthen recurring revenue streams.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with regional sales, alliances, marketing, and delivery teams to maximize growth opportunities.
- Mentor and support business development and pre-sales teams as the ServiceNow practice scales.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, collaboration, and growth.
Experience & Qualifications
Required
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, consulting services, or digital transformation sales.
- 5+ years of experience driving ServiceNow-related business development, sales, or strategic account growth.
- Proven success selling enterprise software, consulting services, T&M engagements, and Managed Services contracts.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, partner ecosystem, and enterprise digital transformation landscape.
- Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience developing strategic account plans and driving long-term customer growth.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Established network within the Nordic enterprise market.
- Experience working closely with ServiceNow account teams and partner ecosystems.
- Background in IT consulting, managed services, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience in cloud, digital workflow, IT service management, or enterprise platform environments.
- Ability to travel across the Nordic region as required.
