About the role:
Vallentuna, together with Nynäshamn Municipality, is running a digitalization and competence development project funded by the European Social Fund. The project is organizationally part of the Digitalization Unit at the Municipal Executive Office, where you will be one of several project team members. The target groups are located throughout the municipality's organization. The role reports to the Project Manager and the Digitalization Manager.
Responsibilities:
The role is twofold: you will act as a Project Administrator 50% of the time and as a Digitalization Coach/Trainer 50% of the time.
As an administrator, you are responsible for managing the flow regarding participant reporting and the scheduling of interventions within Vallentuna Municipality. You are responsible for entering all activities related to the project into the system, compiling participant lists containing all information required by the system, and uploading these under the respective activities. At the end of the month, you are responsible for compiling the underlying data from the system for Vallentuna's local project manager and the main project manager in Nynäshamn for reporting and internal follow-up.
As a digitalization coach/trainer, you contribute to competence development within the organization through your expertise in areas such as Office 365.
Qualifications:
- Two years of work experience in administration, preferably within project administration or financial reporting. Meritorious if you have handled project administration in ESF projects or other EU projects.
- Good competence in Office 365, especially Excel. Meritorious if you are also a regular user of Unit 4 and Casa.
- Good knowledge and understanding of municipal operations. Meritorious if you have previous work experience in the municipal sector.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is a 12-month project employment on a full-time basis, starting September 1st or by agreement, with the possibility of extension. We apply individual salary setting. An agreement on remote work can be made with the nearest manager, based on the project phase and the organization's needs.
