Workplace

The HR unit at the National Economic Crime Bureau's (Ekobrottsmyndigheten) headquarters consists of 11 knowledgeable and engaged employees working with HR, payroll, and training issues. The unit provides support and advice to the agency's managers on matters concerning recruitment, working environment, leadership, employee engagement, team work, rehabilitation, salary formation, and labor law issues.

Responsibilities

As an HR Partner, you will provide qualified support to managers in daily leadership and in all HR processes, from recruitment and workforce planning to labor law, salary formation, and restructuring. You will work independently and together with your colleagues in the HR unit, both operationally and strategically, with a focus on further developing process-oriented support for the business. We are therefore looking for you who thrive in a broad HR role. In addition, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a specific area.

On the unit, we help and support each other, and you will have a varied and exciting daily routine in collaboration with your colleagues in the HR unit.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • A university degree with a focus on HR or behavioral science, or equivalent competence assessed by the employer as equivalent
  • Several years of current experience working in HR within a government agency
  • Good and current knowledge of laws and regulatory frameworks within the working environment area
  • Current experience in providing professional and coaching support to managers in several HR areas
  • Experience leading, planning, implementing, and following up on HR processes
  • Experience working with competency-based recruitment
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Experience interpreting and applying collective agreements
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
  • Good administrative skills
  • Very high digital maturity and good system familiarity

About You

You are a good communicator both in speech and writing, and you have a talent for explaining and visualizing so that your surroundings understand complex connections. Personal suitability will weigh heavily in the decision regarding employment.

To succeed in your role at the National Economic Crime Bureau, you wish and are able to work in accordance with the agency's employee policy, the EBM model.

Information about the employment

  • Employment type: Permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period
  • Work location: Stockholm with a central location at the National Economic Crime Bureau's headquarters
  • Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement
  • Salary: Individual salary setting applies
