The role combines administration, reconciliations, and ongoing contact with custodian banks and counterparties in an international environment.

You become an important part of the daily operational work where quality, structure, and precision impact both liquidity management and the ongoing flow. • You handle the administration of securities transactions within several financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, derivatives, and currencies.
• You ensure that transactions are matched and reconciled correctly as part of liquidity management.
• You work with dividends and corporate actions, ensuring these processes are handled carefully and on time.
• You have ongoing contact with custodian banks and counterparties, both in Sweden and internationally.
• You contribute to a structured and quality-driven approach in daily administration.

• Experience in administering securities transactions.
• Experience in liquidity management and reconciliations.
• Experience with dividends and corporate actions.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are structured, precise, and thrive in an administrative role with many details.
• You enjoy working with numbers and have a service-oriented approach.

• Experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Experience with CTM.
• Experience with CLS.
• Experience with C&I Online.
