Trandaredskolan is a calm and pleasant school for grades F-6 (preschool class to grade 6) with approximately 480 students and 4 after-school care units. We operate according to the vision: "Desire to learn, opportunity to succeed." With us, this means we take a holistic view of the student's development and learning. The staff works diligently for the students' well-being, welfare, and opportunities to develop to their full potential. Good relationships between staff, students, and parents form the foundation for the pleasant atmosphere that characterizes the school.

In this position, you will work as a class teacher and be part of a work team.

You are expected to plan, conduct, and evaluate your teaching as well as the students' development based on the curriculum and other regulatory documents. You are responsible for providing students with good conditions for knowledge development and goal achievement based on national goals and guidelines. You are expected to work independently but also to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 4-6 with the qualification to teach Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MA/NO) and preferably additional subjects.

As a person, you are sensitive, positive-minded, and have good collaboration skills. You want to contribute to the development of the school, which is why we see that you have a high sense of responsibility and are engaged in driving the school forward. You are secure in your leadership, and by working with clarity and good relationships with the students, you contribute as a teacher to a good learning environment that provides conditions for students' knowledge development. Furthermore, you are professional in your role, have good communication skills, and are skilled at building trust-inspiring relationships with both students and guardians as well as colleagues.
