The position consists of approximately 20% work as a substitute teacher coordinator. In this part of the assignment, you are responsible for appointing substitutes when teachers are absent, for example due to illness, parental leave, or professional development. You coordinate staffing for the school's operations with a focus on quality, continuity, and cost-effectiveness. The duties also include maintaining close dialogue with substitutes to ensure clarity regarding working hours, placement, and lesson content. Together with the school administrator, you are responsible for the introduction of new substitutes as well as follow-up during the term.

The remaining part of the position involves teaching or working in the classroom when regular staff is absent.

The position involves work starting at 06:30.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working in schools and hold a teaching license.
