What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who, with great enthusiasm and a strong will, are ready to inspire and motivate students in grades 4-6! You have a relevant teacher education and experience working with primary school students. Qualities such as creativity, patience, and the ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment are crucial in this role.

• We are looking for you who have a teaching license; previous teaching experience is an advantage.
• You have a clear pedagogical vision and are skilled at adapting teaching to each student's needs.
• You emphasize the importance of collaboration and communication, both with students and colleagues.
• You are curious about new teaching methods and want to constantly develop your pedagogical competence.
• You are passionate about making learning fun and relevant for your students, and see value in connecting with their interests.

In Falköping Municipality, a new school organization is being created, and we are making significant investments in our preschools and schools – both in rural areas and in the town center.
