Description

Sannaskolan is a secondary school (grades 7-9) with approximately 570 students and over 60 employees. The school is located in Majorna, and our facilities have recently been fully renovated. The school is led by a principal and two deputy principals. The school staff includes a school psychologist, counselor, school nurse, as well as special educators and special needs teachers.

Job Responsibilities

At Sannaskolan, you will become part of a competent and dedicated team. You will teach mathematics, technology, and natural sciences (NO). Together with a colleague, you will serve as a mentor for a grade 7 class.

You will plan and evaluate your teaching individually as well as in collaboration with subject colleagues. At Sannaskolan, teachers collaborate in subject teams and grade-specific subject teams.

At Sannaskolan, the staff works according to the PALS school model, which promotes well-being and a conducive learning environment.

Qualifications

At Sannaskolan, we are looking for a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach grades 7-9 in mathematics, natural sciences (NO), and technology.

As a person, you are confident in your role as a teacher and can balance the demands placed on you. You have strong pedagogical and didactic knowledge. You adapt your communication style to your audience and encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement.

You are flexible and can quickly adjust your approach when necessary. Finally, you are an attentive colleague who is observant and open to understanding the needs, feelings, and opinions of others.
