Your Role

As a Resource Pedagogue, you work closely with teachers and other resources in the pedagogical classroom. You contribute to creating conditions for students to succeed both academically and socially by being a present, safe, and clear adult figure in their daily lives.

You collaborate with colleagues regarding student development and are a key part of the work to create inclusive learning environments where more students can succeed within the framework of regular teaching.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of good relationships and has the ability to meet students with both warmth and clarity. You are confident in your role as an adult and see the value in combining structure with care.

At our school, we work together. Therefore, your ability to collaborate, communicate, and contribute to the team's shared mission is important.

You also interact with guardians in daily life and are part of the school community. Creating trusting relationships and contributing to a positive school climate is therefore a natural part of the role.

The Position

Scope: 75% fixed-term employment during the academic year 2025/2026

Location: Fridaskolan Kvillebäcken, Gothenburg

Start Date: August 13, 2025
