Here, you will be offered an interesting, varied, and responsible job at one of Malmö's largest healthcare centres.
Granen Healthcare Centre has approximately 13,000 registered patients with diverse backgrounds. At our centre, nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, social workers, psychologists, physiotherapists, administrators, and medical secretaries work in close collaboration. We also have child health services and nurse-led specialist clinics, such as diabetes and elderly care clinics. In the same building, we have the Family Centre Värnhem, which houses child health services, maternity care, social services, and an open preschool.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are expanding our operations and now have the opportunity to welcome a new colleague! Here you will have the chance to help build and develop together within our administrative team.
The role of Medical Secretary at Granen Healthcare Centre is varied, and no two days are alike. Your main responsibilities include managing medical documentation and providing administrative support to other professional groups. Additionally, you will perform some reception duties and be part of our emergency team, acting in a coordinating administrative role.
As you settle into the role, you will take on increased responsibility based on your interests and the needs of the operation. If you are interested in diagnosis and procedure classification, there is an opportunity to undergo training in this area.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with a completed education in Health and Medical Administration (80 credits at University College level or 400 credits at University level) or equivalent medical secretary training. You should be computer literate and have knowledge of medical terminology. Furthermore, you must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you have previous work experience as a medical secretary at a healthcare centre, we consider this a merit. The person we are looking for has a flexible and service-oriented attitude and the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team but also has the ability to work independently. Personal suitability is of great importance.
