At the Health, Care, and Social Services Administration, we work every day to create safe and high-quality care and social services for the residents of Malmö. For our operations to function well, professional HR support is needed, and you play a key role here.
We are now looking for an HR Administrator for the HR Administrative Support unit – a dedicated team that works together to provide managers and employees with service-oriented, legally secure, and efficient support within HR administration.
Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you are an important contact person for managers and HR reporters regarding questions related to employment administration, personnel systems, and HR processes.
In this role, you will among other things:
- provide support and guidance on HR administrative matters
- handle employment-related administration
- provide support in our personnel systems
- produce information, materials, and reports
- contribute to developing working methods and processes together with colleagues
- participate in city-wide networks and development initiatives.
You have many contact surfaces and meet both managers and employees via phone, email, and meetings. No day is like the other, and you become an important part of creating good service and high quality in our HR processes.
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education (equivalent to 3 years)
- Experience in personnel administration
- Experience working in a politically governed organization
- Experience providing administrative and operationally close support to managers
- Accustomed to using the computer as a work tool and aid, and have the willingness and ability to quickly learn new programs and systems
- Experience with the Office package
- Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in administrative work within care and social services
- Experience with 24/7 operations
- Experience providing support via phone and email
- Experience with Medvind and PersonecP
