Economist/Accountant for Flora Assistans

Flora Assistans operates throughout Sweden and provides personal assistance to children, young people, and adults with various disabilities. Our work is characterized by our core values – customer benefit, service, and security.

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced economist who wants to help develop our operations.

About the position

As an economist at Flora Assistans, you will have a central role in the business with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence. You will work closely with the management and be responsible for both ongoing accounting work and more qualified tasks such as annual accounts, financial follow-up, and reporting.

The work is varied and includes among other things:

• Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping
• Annual accounts
• Accounting according to the K3 framework
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Invoicing and follow-up of customer and user budgets
• Reconciliations and financial analyses
• Tax returns
• Payroll administration and personnel-related administration
• Contact with authorities, municipalities, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
• Development and efficiency improvement of financial processes

We work with Fortnox, Crona Lön, and FAST tid, among other systems.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in economics or accounting and several years of experience in qualified financial work.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have experience with independent annual accounts work
• Have good knowledge of the K3 framework
• Have experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial follow-up
• Be accustomed to contacting authorities
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good system familiarity and be quick to learn new programs

Experience within personal assistance, LSS activities (support and service for persons with disabilities), or other care and social services is meritorious.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and meticulous. You work independently but also collaborate easily with others. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where quality and service are in focus.
