💼 About the role

As a recruiter with us, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes for our clients – from requirement profiles to employment. You participate in introductory meetings together with the responsible salesperson, hold requirement profile meetings, write job ads, conduct screenings, search for candidates, interview, and check references. You work closely with both candidates and clients to create accurate matches where you act as a consultant.

We are specialized in four business areas where you will primarily work with recruiting junior talents and specialist roles across all service categories. You collaborate with our sales team, meet with clients, and hold the role of recruitment expert. You are part of a team with other recruiters, consulting managers, and recruitment assistants – and have significant individual responsibility from day one.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree, preferably in HR, psychology, or working life
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Advantageous with experience in service/customer contact/sales

How the recruitment process works

Our recruitment process is based on a competency-based selection methodology, a scientifically anchored method for making objective selections and quality-assured matches. We apply continuous selection, so don't wait too long with your application!

If you become relevant for the position, we will contact you for a first phone interview. Regardless of whether you proceed in the process or not, you will receive feedback on your application. From the moment you apply, the process takes place in three steps:

Selection

We go through all applications and analyze personal traits and skills together with work experience and education.

Interviews

We start with a phone check-in and follow up with a digital interview with the recruitment manager. The next step is an interview with your future manager. The interviews take approximately 1 hour. After that, reference checks and any tests take place before the final offer.

Feedback

We ensure to keep you informed throughout the process. You are also welcome to reach out if you have questions. Regardless of whether you complete the process or not, we promise to get back to you.
