Apply for the position of Service Advisor at Malmö Bilcentrum AB and become part of our team. We are a Kia dealer in Malmö, operating a business with new car sales, used car sales, a service workshop, detailing, and spare parts sales.

As a Service Advisor, you are the first person a customer meets when they have an issue at the workshop. Together with your colleagues in the customer reception, you represent the company's face to the outside world.

Your responsibilities include helping customers via phone, email, and at the counter with:

• Consultation
• Quotes for workshop repairs
• Bookings
• Upselling
• Processing work orders
• Vehicle reception and handover
• Payment handling
• Working in Cabas (insurance cases)
• Tire sales

To thrive as a Service Advisor, you should enjoy working in an advisory role towards customers, often in a fast-paced environment. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to handle a job where many things happen simultaneously. We are looking for a cheerful, energetic, and service-minded person. A team player who is not hesitant to support colleagues and contributes to a positive atmosphere in the team. Computer proficiency is a requirement as all cases are handled in our computer system.

We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience as a customer receptionist in the automotive industry, but we also highly value the right personality.

Requirements: Category B driver's license (manual transmission), proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written), and computer skills.

Merits: Experience working with programs such as Kobra and Cabas. Experience with Kia.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probation period. The application deadline is June 21st. A collective agreement applies. Working hours are according to the schedule: 06:45–15:45 or 08:00–17:00.
