Do you want to work in a professional customer service environment at Caldic in Malmö, where you will take responsibility, develop in your role, and become a key part of the team? You will become part of an engaged and helpful team where collaboration, service, and community are in focus.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive and process orders via email, register cases in Dynamics 365, maintain ongoing customer contact both internally and externally, and perform administrative tasks related to each case, primarily via email but also by phone.
This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, full-time. Start date to be agreed upon, with the possibility of extension.
Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30

About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for you who have documented experience in customer service or customer support in an administrative role, where you have worked with order processing via email, registration in business systems, and ongoing case management. You master Swedish and English at a professional level and have very good knowledge of Finnish, both spoken and written.
Personal Attributes
To succeed in this role, you need to be someone who can remain calm even when the pace is fast and multiple cases require your attention simultaneously. You work methodically and organized, prioritize effectively, and ensure that customers receive fast and professional service even during periods of high workload. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trust in your interactions with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you thrive in an operation where changes may occur and where flexibility, initiative, and willingness to collaborate are highly valued.
Merits
It is an advantage if you have previous experience with the business system Dynamics 365 or similar system support, as well as background from other administrative roles with a large emphasis on order flows and customer dialogue. Experience from organizations in transition, where routines and processes are built up parallel to daily work, is also valuable.
