We are now looking for a driven and curious Digital Marketer who wants to take significant responsibility for our digital channels, customer journeys, and lead generation. As a Digital Marketer with us, you will have a broad and business-oriented role where you are responsible for planning, driving, and optimizing our digital channels and customer journeys. The role combines performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM, content, and web/e-commerce. Your main areas of responsibility: • Drive digital advertising and lead generation via Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels • Build and develop automated customer flows and segmentation in CRM systems • Analyze campaigns and activities through KPIs, dashboards, and data tracking • Create and optimize content for the web, SEO, newsletters, and digital campaigns • Develop and update the company's website and webshop • Collaborate closely with the sales organization to create more business opportunities • Work with modern AI tools and digital working methods for efficiency and development We offer you: • A broad and developmental role with great opportunities to influence • A stable and expanding international company • Freedom under responsibility and short decision-making paths • Generous wellness allowance • 25 days of vacation and flexible working arrangements • Opportunity to grow with the company and drive digital development forward

Person Profile

We are looking for you who are self-motivated, curious, and hungry to create results. You like to work data-driven, dare to test new ideas, and thrive in a role where you get to combine strategy with hands-on work. We are looking for you who: • Have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B • Have post-secondary education (VET, university college, or university degree) in digital marketing, marketing communication, or e-commerce • Have experience with CRM systems and marketing automation • Are confident in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and digital advertising • Have worked with SEO, content, and web publishing • Have good analytical skills and thrive with KPI tracking • Are proactive and drive your work forward independently • Have a technical interest and are curious about AI and modern digital tools • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
