We are now looking for a driven Digital Marketing Strategist & Performance Specialist who wants to strengthen digital performance in search and analytics – with a clear focus on visibility, efficiency, and commercial impact.

About the role:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist & Performance Specialist, you will play a central role in bridging business objectives and digital execution. You will become part of the marketing team and be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the digital marketing strategy, with a special focus on search and performance.

The role combines strategic responsibility with operational work, requiring strong analytical skills, commercial understanding, and experience working in a structured manner within a professional and regulated environment.

This is a consulting assignment lasting approximately 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Planning

Develop, manage, and optimize the digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and business results. Ensure that digital initiatives are clearly linked to overarching business goals.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Operational responsibility for Google Ads, including keyword analysis, campaign structure, budget optimization, and continuous performance improvements.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO, AEO, GEO)

Analyze and specify technical and content-related improvements to strengthen organic visibility. Work long-term on search optimization in a changing search landscape in collaboration with relevant teams.

Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and analyze KPIs in Adobe Analytics and Power BI. Translate data into insights, recommendations, and decision-making support for internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who:

Has substantial experience in similar roles within digital marketing or performance marketing, with documented results in both SEO and SEM. You are confident in taking ownership of performance, work in a data-driven manner, and have the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

You are accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders, can explain complex digital and analytical relationships clearly, and drive the work forward in a structured and professional manner.
