Your responsibilities
As a consulting manager, you will have a clear focus on selling our staffing solutions within the blue-collar sector – primarily targeting industry and logistics. You will actively work to find new customers, book meetings, drive dialogues, and create collaborations that yield results.
The role is a 360-degree role, meaning that over time you will take broader ownership: from prospecting new clients to building the team of consultants who deliver at the client site. You will have the opportunity to grow in responsibility and broaden your assignment as you succeed in business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and mapping the market in Skåne
- Building and developing long-term customer relationships within industry and logistics
- Advertising, selection, and interviews
- Recruitment, employment, and onboarding of consultants
- Personnel administration (staffing assignments, timesheets, etc.)
- Coaching and personnel responsibility for consultants on assignment
- Being out in the field to meet customers and consultants in their daily work
- Helping your colleagues – we do this as a team
Your background
You may have worked in sales, staffing, or consulting previously – or you may have gained your business understanding in another way. The most important thing for us is that you have drive, enjoy a fast pace, and are motivated by creating business and building relationships.
You have a clear customer focus, dare to reach out, and follow up. You like to win – but you do it fairly, with energy and with heart in the right place.
Experience from production, industry, or warehousing is meritorious as it helps you better understand the customer’s daily life and needs.
A driver’s license is required, as the role involves travel to customers and consultants. You must also have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
